The extraordinary Villa Silenta has been meticulously renovated
The designer of the renovated house was architect František Kavalír, a student of Jan Kotěra. Villa Silenta stands on Hřebenky, in the immediate vicinity of other modernist monuments, and not only its view of Prague will attract every lover of architecture. “We did not want to destroy the beautiful original, but to bring the villa forward in time to 2024 so that it would be a beautiful place to live in,” adds David Raiser, CEO of the SOLO Praha development group, which is behind the entire project.
The developer cooperated with renowned international brands such as the German manufacturer Rolf Benz, the Czech glassworks Brokis or the manufacturer of luxury continental beds Johann Malle.
Vila Silenta demonstrates the ability of SOLO Prague to deliver a premium property in an exceptional location. The house designed by architect František Kavalír is now waiting for its new owner.
